For artists who use photography as their medium, the identification of neglected experiences and observations is an essential part of our work. The chaotic nature of contemporary life leads us to walk on when we should still, and in doing so, prevents us from engaging emotionally with our surroundings. However, through careful observation, it is possible to capture tenderness, adversity and wisdom, revealing treasures of the unknown.
